Abstract:
This paper presents a hybrid MPPT algorithm combining the Perturb and Observe (P&O) technique with the Tsukamoto Fuzzy Inference System (TFIS) to improve PV efficiency. Simulated in MATLAB/Simulink, the method dynamically adjusts step sizes to reduce oscillations and enhance tracking. Results show improved energy efficiency, reduced settling time, and stable output across varying temperatures and irradiance levels. The approach offers a practical, computationally light solution for real-time PV control systems.
