Abstract:
We present the centrifugal microfluidic array technology (CM-ArT), capable of fast and parallel liquid partitioning of a reaction mix into 1.9 million reaction cavities in less than 90 seconds, achieving a dynamic range exceeding six log10 for digital assays. CM-ArT ensures uniform cavity filling for various reaction mixes without the need for manufacturerspecific reagent formulations, creating a versatile platform for digital assays.
