Abstract:
Long-term high uric acid levels can lead to diseases such as gout and arthritis. Compared with the traditional detection technology, non-enzyme visual detection has shown great advantages in the instant detection of uric acid due to its advantages of simple operation, strong stability, and portability. In this study, a novel gold nanoparticles Au@AHMP with specific recognition of uric acid was prepared. By detecting the change of visible light absorbance and the temperature change before and after the photothermal reaction caused by the aggregation of Au@AHMP before and after the reaction with uric acid, we designed a colorimetric-photothermal dual-mode response visualization method for the detection of uric acid in saliva.
