This part -6-400 of the IEC 62282 series covers interchangeability of power and data between MFC power systems and electronic devices. The standard covers test methods and requirements with regard to power connectors and data communication in different operating modes, and implements a specification of data and algorithms in order to harmonize the system management protocol of the electronic device.
