This International Standard describes how DLMS/COSEM Application layer and object model as specified in IEC 62056-5-3, IEC 62056-6-1 and IEC 62056-6-2 can make use of lower layers as specified in IEC 14908 series, forming a DLMS/COSEM over ISO/IEC14908 communication profile.
