This standard applies to requirements and tests for to two-pole multi distribution sets for a.c. with or without earthing contact. MDAC are fitted with more than one connector according to DIN EN 60320-2-2 (VDE 0625-2-2) and a non-rewirable cord set or an appliance inlet according to DIN EN 60320-1 (VDE 0625-1) or rewirable without cord set.
