This Part 3-14 supplements or modifies the corresponding clauses in IEC 62841-1, so as to convert it into the IEC standard: „Particular requirements for transportable drain cleaners“. This part of IEC 62841 applies to drain cleaners also known as pipe cleaners. This standard does not apply to hand-held drain cleaners.
