This standard contains a proposal to use the factor EOFx or the current in emergency mode (I ermergency) for luminaires in accordance with IEC 60598-2-22. This proposal is being circulated in parallel with a related proposal for IEC61347-2-7 (34C/1162/CD), which give details for the establishment of the EOFx factor for control gear.
