DIN EN 61000-4-5 VDE 0847-4-5:2015-03

This standard contains the German version of the 3rd edition of the European Standard EN 61000-4-5 and is identical with the 3rd edition of the International Standard IEC 61000-4-5. It describes the immunity test of electrical and electronic equipment against surges (surge voltages and currents). For this purpose specifications for the test equipment (test generator, coupling/ decoupling network), for the test set-up, for the test method, for the evaluation of the test results and for the test report are given. Additionally ranges of test levels were specified. Compared to the previous edition a lot of additions were done, some parts were re-structured and new annexes A, E, F, G and H were added.
