DIN EN 61000-6-5 VDE 0839-6-5:2016-07

This standard contains the German version of the European Standard EN 61000-6-5 and is identical with the International standard IEC 61000-6-5. It specifies immunity requirements in the frequency range 0 Hz to 400 GHz for electrical and electronic equipment intended for use in power stations and substations and that serve for the purpose of electrical energy generation, transmission and distribution and the dedicated telecommunication. Herefore it specifies generalized performance criteria and the relevant test levels on a port by port basis. Furthermore the dedicated test methods are specified by reference to the relevant EMC basic standards. In the annexes informations are provided about the electromagnetic phenomena considered and about mitigation measures.
