In the course of the planned revision of IEC 61918 and IEC 61784-5-x series, the following CPF 2, CPF 3, CPF 6, CPF 8, CPF 12, CPF 18, and CPF 20 and CPF 21 communication profile families are adapted and revised. In this regard they will be leaded to the corresponding new editions of IEC 61784-5-2 Ed. 4, IEC 61784-5-3 Ed. 4, IEC 61784-5-6 Ed. 4, IEC 61784-5-8 Ed. 4, IEC 61784-5-12 Ed. 2, IEC 61784-5-18 Ed. 2 and IEC 61784-5-20 Ed. 1 and IEC 61784-5-21 Ed.1 in order to achieve completeness consistency with the forthcoming 4th edition of IEC 61918.
