IEC 62282-3-201 decribes test messages for small stationary fuel cell power systems of limited electric in- or output power with regards to thermal, electric and environmental performance aspects. These small PEFC power systems provide anominal electric output power of less than 10 kW, within specified voltage and pressure limit, and fed by fuels as outlined.
