This pre-standard applies together with DIN EN 50556 (VDE 0832-100) to road traffic signal systems including railway crossings and mobile signal systems with crossing and confluent traffic. It decides on classes determined in DIN EN 12675 and in DIN EN 50556 (VDE 0832-100) to be used in Germany.
