DIN VDE V 0832-110 VDE V 0832-110:2021-12

This pre-standard applies together with DIN EN 50556 (VDE 0832-100) for road traffic signal systems (SVA) including road traffic signal systems at level crossings and for transportable road traffic signal systems with crossing or converging traffic. It specifies the classes to be applied in Germany according to DIN EN 12675 and DIN EN 50556 (VDE 0832-100).
This pre-standard is not applicable to systems which were put into operation before the validity of this pre-standard, unless the systems are substantially changed or extended. In the case of changes that only affect individual parts of a road traffic signal system, only the parts affected by the change must be in accordance with this pre-standard.
Structural requirements for signal towers are not dealt with in this pre-standard.
