Content Foreword

As an annual academic conference, BIBE has been successfully held over the last 8 years in Shanghai, Hangzhou, Hohhot, Guiyang and online platform, attracted more than 500 delegates from China, the United States, Japan, Russia, and other countries and regions since 2016.

During August 11-13, 2025, the 8th International Conference on Biological Information and Biomedical Engineering (BIBE 2025) was successfully held in Guiyang, China and online platform! This conference included keynote speeches, invited speeches, oral and poster presentations, and featured multi-topic special sessions, including: Bioinformatics and Synthetic Biology, Protein, Peptide, and Proteomics, Wearable Technology for Healthcare and Rehabilitation, Biomaterials and Tissue Engineering, Medical Image Analysis and Intelligent Diagnosis and Molecular Diagnostics and Biomarkers.

Prof. Fufeng Liu from Tianjin University of Science and Technology, Prof. Jian Huang from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, Prof. Bin Chen from Xi'an Jiaotong University, Prof. Fengbiao Guo from Wuhan University attended the conference and delivered plenary speeches. In addition, experts and scholars from Zhejiang University, National Yang-Ming University, Jinan University, Chengdu University, Shandong University and other universities and institutes shared more than 40 wonderful speeches.
This conference proceedings included 39 accepted articles, all the papers have been through rigorous review and process to meet the requirements of international publication standard. We would like to express our gratitude to the reviewers of these manuscripts, who provided constructive criticism and stimulated comments and suggestions to the authors. We are extremely grateful as organizers, technical program committee and editors and extend our most sincere thanks to all the authors for their excellent contribution and work.
