The radar recognition of moving targets in millimeter wave band is considered on the base of twodimensional signal processing in time-frequency domain. The forming of informative signs is realized by separate processing of envelope and phase of the signals reflected. The results of the experimental study are presented that confirm the efficiency of the algorithm considered for the moving target recognition.
