The application of different modulation types for high speed POF transmission systems have been investigated. Models of the SI-POF Toray PFU-CD1001 and other system components have been realized in Simulink software and features of the POF model development have been discussed. On the basis of the mentioned models a simulation of high speed data transmission over POF using NRZ with equalization and DMT has been carried out. The eye diagrams for the different conditions have been drawn.
