Accelerated User-Centred Design of AAL solutions using simulated environments

Physical development of Ambient Assisted Living environments is expensive and time consuming. In order to realize that a certain environment design matches user requirements, it needs to be built and tested in a life-size build-up. The VAALID project creates a development and simulation system that allows creating simulations of their systems and testing them in a Mixed Reality environment. This allows faster and easier adaption of AAL solutions to user requirements.
