In this paperwork,based on the adequate models these have been established the noise main characteristics for MOS-Hall plates and for double-drain MOSFET magnetotransistors. By using the numerical simulation the values of the mean square noise equivalent magnetic induction for the two analyzed structures are compared and it is also emphasized the way in which choosing the geometry and the material features allows getting high-performance sensors.
