This paper describes a concept for the reconstruction of Digital Surface Models (DSMs) from airborne InSAR data recorded from different viewing directions. Due to the side-looking radar imaging geometry, one single acquisition is not sufficient for the analysis of dense inner city areas as layover and shadowing effects cause data holes and signal intermixtures. The proposed approach uses multi-aspect data to complete the surface model as well as to utilize redundant measurements to improve the reconstruction accuracy. For each aspect, only the reliable pixels of the interferogram are used for the calculation of world coordinates, before the data are fused in a parameter estimation procedure.
