The Ott-Grebogi-Yorke (OGY) method is applied to the two-dimensional coupled logistic map. The theory is extended to study the control of periodic orbits greater than one for a range of values of the two bifurcation parameters. Chaos is then used as a tool for directing trajectories to targets on attractors. To this end, a novel bisection method is developed for the two-dimensional case.
