This paper focuses on the calibration and fusion of SAR information (including SAR Image and deformation image) and digital elevation model (DEM). By using SAR image reconstructed with inverse polar format imaging algorithm, the paper proposed a method of calibration and positioning of stereo image for SAR, which is based on range - azimuth angle model. Then, the fusion images of SAR-DEM and deformation-DEM are generated through the method. Finally, the principles and method of the paper are investigated and verified by processing real slope repeat-pass deformation monitoring experiment data and analyzing the results.
