In this paper, we report and discuss for the real usage of the disaster monitoring and quick response for the non-SAR specialists who take the responsibility of the hazard control. Here, we propose the combination of the coherence and the amplitude classification for the affected area detection. In addition, we present an application to show the affected area to whom take the responsibility of the hazard control but not familiar to the SAR data analysis. The case study is the September 10, 2015 flood in Joso city, Japan.
