Inhalt:
This paper presents an approach for a self-optimizing system for spray coating of 2.5D surfaces with complex geometries in throughput in a work-sharing strategy between a robot and a surface spraying machine. Because of the flat basic shape the finding of complex contours is regarded in 2.5D. In pre-processing, sub-paths for the robot will be generated for each piece, which will be adapted during processing according to the pieces’ position and sorted to enable treating of all parts and to obtain a continuous flow-rate.
