In this paper, we propose a method integrating multi-sensors, especially multi-frequency, interferometry in an estimation process of persistent scatterer technique. Although several previous researches integrating outputs from each sensor have been conducted, integration within the time-series estimation into single output is still an open topic. Our approach answers this prime problem and increases potential applicability to many application cases. Anahara and Shimada presented the study of interferometric integration of two L-band operating sensors and this work shows the extension of the algorithm to the combination of L- and X-band data. The estimation in integration of ALOS, ALOS-2 and TerraSAR-X is demonstrated.
