Nine scattering power fully polarimetric decomposition theory had been presented that complete scattering mechanisms can be characterized by using coherency matrix and fully polarimetric SAR (POLSAR) data sets. The purpose of this paper is to provide physical scattering understanding of coherency matrix elements/parameters as it was established earlier in the geometrical way by Huynen.
