Inhalt:
Three unbalance controls for BESSs were investigated in MATLAB/Simulink simulations in this paper: a single-phase Q(V) control, a single-phase P(V) control and a developed single-phase unbalance control with three-phase measurement based on reactive and active power. The developed unbalance control has shown the best performance for the improvement of the voltage unbalance factor (VUF) according to DIN EN 50160. This control was implemented and tested in a laboratory test. The tests have shown the functionality of the control and can help to improve the balance of low-voltage grids.
