Inhalt:
Using a multi-domain approach, the reduced order model based NVH workflow covers the entire path from the electro-magnetic forces via the vibrations of the overall system to the sound pressure in given microphone positions. For this purpose, transfer functions are determined for the individual physical domains. In different case studies the influence of the consideration of tangential forces, different modal damping ratios as well as the connection of the overall system to the environment are investigated with regard to the workflow and a run-up to maximum speed with a quadratic load curve. Finally, measured sound pressure levels in four microphone positions from an anechoic chamber are compared with the calculation results of the workflow.
