We propose and demonstrate an optical phased array (OPA)-based optical wireless communication (OWC) system for full-duplex data transmission up to 200 Gbps. A silicon-based dual OPAs are monolithically integrated to form a transceiver antenna, providing flexible beam steering over 120 deg for the OWC system.
