              Inhalt:
              A clock distribution enhanced time synchronization scheme is proposed and experimentally demonstrated for optical packet switching networks with timeslot alignment requirements. This scheme implements 148 ps root-mean-square synchronization accuracy and 3.01 ps@10000 s long-term stabil-ity, which shortens the protection interval between timeslots to 5.8 ns.
