Inhalt:
The integration of electric vehicles and their batteries into the power grid plays a crucial role in achieving climate neu-trality. This necessitates the development of an intelligent, future-oriented charging infrastructure in residential areas that enables flexible adaptation of charging processes to grid capacities. Such an approach helps to relieve the load on the power grid and optimize the use of renewable energies without restricting electric mobility users in their user behaviour. To address this, the “friendlyCharge” project is designing and demonstrating innovative operational concepts and system architectures that facilitate communication between the grid and users, as well as efficient control mechanisms.
