Inhalt:
This paper investigates the deployment of Frequency Selective Surfaces (FSS) in an indoor environment and their impact on radio wave propagation. In this work, FSS are used to either isolate certain indoor areas by increasing the loss of the interfaces or as a way to passively amplify the reflected signals. Simulations at two different frequencies highlight the frequency selectivity behaviour of the deployed FSS.
