Inhalt:
A new ZCT-PWM cell, which reduces the current stress of the main switch and the rectifier diodes in DC-DC converter, is proposed and analyzed in this paper. Based on the ZCT-PWM cell a boost DC-DC converters is constructed, and it is analyzed to demonstrate the operation principle of the new ZCT cell. This type converter is suitable for high power high frequency application due to it’s fully soft switching (Zero current off and zero voltage on). According to this new ZCT-PWM cell a new family of ZCT-PWM converters is constructed. The experimental results prove the theoretical analysis.
