This paper proposes a new approach to generate virtual model of distribution networks. A large amount of photovoltaic power generator is expected to be installed as the recent countermeasure against global warming. Since most of photovoltaic generators are installed at the demand side, various problems may occur in distributed networks. Therefore, the analysis in distribution networks installing PV generations is important for voltage stabilization and supply/demand balance of energy. For those analyses, the general structure models of distribution networks are indispensable. However, there are few models from a viewpoint of security analysis. This is because the distribution network consists of huge nodes and feeders. They are not available or hard to treat. Even if we succeeded to get detailed existing data, they do not have generality. In this paper, a unique approach to generate virtual distribution networks using the fractal theory is proposed. Load areas are classified into a downtown, an industry district, a residential district and a rural village to investigate.
