This paper explains our antenna design for Near Field Communication. A lot of NFC tags are available in the market that can be used for different purposes. However most of these tags are vendor made and are normally designed in a way that they do not fit in for all the situations. Most of these tags are circular or square in shape with a fixed diameter and cannot be used in wearable items like watches, wrist bands, and rings etc. To overcome this difficulty we have developed our own custom antenna for passive NFC tag that is well suited for wearable items like wrist bands etc.
