This paper proposes the results of the experimental verifications of silicon carbide power devices behavior and investigation of their effects into immunity of the superheterodyne receiver against power interfering signals of power switching sources of power electronics. In this paper is discussed the effects of the SiC technology using in power versus electromagnetic interference (EMI) stresses. This paper presents the experimental testing of electromagnetic compatibility of superheterodyne receiver against power interfering signals of power electronics.
