Inhalt:
In this paper, a new type of vertical maglev rotary inductive coupling structure used in contactless rotating power transfer system for high-speed rotation applications is developed. The co-construction of the magnetic levitation DC coil and the inductive power transfer AC coils are proposed in this paper. The magnetic field finite element method simulation software is used to analyze the different structures of coils and magnetic materials. The coaxial-interlayered windings and extendible magnetic materials are designed to improve the coupling capability. Moreover, a brushless doubly-fed rotational driven architecture has been integrated so as to verify the feasibility of the proposed rotary inductive coupled structure. Two permanent maglev layers are taken as the horizontally stable mechanism in this paper. In order to design an accurate structure, three-dimensional printing technology is used to print its frame. Finally, the experimental results show that the rotary machinery is able to be powered and be driven by the proposed system. The maximum output power received at load is 1113 W with 89 % of transmitting efficiency. In addition, the transfer efficiency of the system can be reached up to 96.8 % with 300 W output power.
