Advanced Functionality of HVIC Technology for Intelligent Power Module

Recently, many parts of the Power semiconductor devices are being replaced by IPM (Intelligent Power Module) in the motor control application. IPMs can help to reduce the number of parts and size, to simplify the design of systems, to be used wide-ranging application including industrial consumer electronics such as industrial motor. The customers want to integrate not only good performance devices inside the IPMs but also excellent function to protect system safely. Nevertheless, the customers want lower product price. This article presents the advanced functionality of HVIC technology for IPM project which can cover Industrial and Consumer application.
