Magnetically coupled resonant wireless power transmission (WPT) is a new theory proposed in recent years and has broad application prospects. However, there are still many problems to be solved in practical applications, such as low transmission efficiency and large power consumption. This paper compares the structural characteristics of three inverter circuits and four resonant topologies. Finally, the half-bridge inverter and SS resonant circuit is selected, and the appropriate resonant parameters are determined by calculation. Based on this, a simulation model is established. According to the simulation analysis, this paper designs a frequency-adjustable wireless charging prototype. In order to improve the transmission efficiency, Liz wire is used to make a set of transmission coils, and the transmission effect of general silicon MOSFET and GaN MOSFET is compared at the same working frequency. The feasibility of the scheme is verified through structural selection, simulation tests and prototype tests.
