Inhalt:
The technology of intelligent autonomous agents has been recognized as one of the most promising programming models for today’s generation of collaborative planning systems. Thereby a large variety of different models, systems & applications have been introduced in the past. In view of the new paradigms of cyber-physical-system and industry 4.0, this technology has gained a lot of new interest. On the one hand multi agent environments seem to have the capabilities of mapping the physical manufacturing environment into the cyber, i.e. connecting the devices to its virtual counterpart in the network. Secondly the capabilities of autonomous & intelligent decision making as well as the proactive and responsive communication possibilities in the network makes the agent technology an ideal candidate for solving CPS problems. The poster provides inside to an abstract data model of a framework for building applications with intelligent autonomous agents. The agents can run in single mode or in connected mode and have widely been applied in various industry projects in the last few years. The capabilities of planning & collaboration in a network are discussed and outlined for its application to cyberphysical systems.
