The purpose of this study is to evaluate the information that one beat PPG waveform contains. Twenty-three male subjects participated in this study, and a total of 1696 PPG beats were collected by measuring 60 seconds. For the preparation of analysis, one beat PPGs were normalized with spline interpolation and its time scale and amplitude scale. This one beat PPG data was applied principal component analysis. As a result, four factors were found as the cause of variation of one beat PPG.
