Patients with end-stage renal disease usually choose arteriovenous fistula for hemodialysis to maintain the relative stability of the internal environment, especially autologous arteriovenous fistula (AVF). However, patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD) are often accompanied by more basic diseases. As the age of dialysis increases, the physical condition gradually deteriorates, and the influence of dialysis-related diseases on patients gradually emerges in which Dialysis-related ischemic diseases are the most common and important one. Diabetic nephropathy, hypertension, dialysis age, age, gender, arteriovenous fistula, and arteriovenous fistula flow are important factors to consider. How to improve the survival time and how to improve the life quality of dialysis patients are equally important issues.
