This paper developed visualization system of noise current distribution and propagation in power module. Magnetic field probe with X-Y stage scanning system enables to map magnetic field distribution in power module and its frequency spectrum is obtained with real time spectrum analyzer. The noise current is calculated from corresponding magnetic field. Time and frequency analysis of noise current by real time spectrum analyzer with triggering switching signal enables synchronized measurement of noise current for respective measurement location. The time evolution of frequency spectrum of noise current visualizes noise current distribution and propagation in power module.
