Inhalt:
This paper describes the possibilities, requirements and challenges for data acquisition in an electrically driven commercial vehicle. Measurement options and their advantages and disadvantages are described. It also shows which data rates are useful and relevant for which measurement data and how this affects the overall data volume. The recorded data can then be used to evaluate the internal energy flow and thus improve range prediction. Another way of using the data is to evaluate the driving behavior of one or to compare several drivers and to develop offline or online driving recommendations to increase the range. Example curves of measured values are used to show the possible savings potential by adapting the sampling rates to the respective measurement task.
