Based on the background of supply disruption and system informatization, comprehensively consider the multi-service product aviation logistics service supply chain composed of freight forwarders, major aviation logistics companies and backup aviation logistics companies, and use interval analysis to express the uncertainty of service product sales prices, and based on this robust multi-objective optimization model of the aviation logistics service supply chain is established on the above, and the model is solved and tested. The case analysis shows that the model effectively optimizes the aviation logistics service supply chain and has incremental robustness. In addition, this model can meet the goal of maximizing profits for freight forwarders, major aviation logistics companies, and backup aviation logistics companies under the background of supply disruption and system informatization.
