Design and manufacture of water filtration equipment for aquatic products

Water filtration is the key link in aquatic product processing and pretreatment. Whether water filtration is thorough or not directly affects the quality and sales price of aquatic products. According to the field investigation, the water filtration process of all kinds of domestic aquatic products after cleaning and processing is completed manually, not only the production efficiency can not be guaranteed, but also the food hygiene and safety is a big hidden dang er. Based on the related problems existing in artificial water filtration, this paper designed the aquatic product flip water filtration equipment. Th e equipment adopts the middle rotating axis flip scheme, which improves the efficiency and production rhythm at the same time, food safety is more guaranteed. The equipment is modeled by SolidWorks, the mechanical structure of the model is analyzed by Ansys, and the PLC control program is programmed and simulated by Mitsubishi GX Works, GT Designer3, GT Simulator3 software for the electronic control part. After completing the above design process, a prototype was manufactured and tested. After field water filtration test, the filtration speed of the equipment could be adjusted from 3 piece/min to 54 piece/min turnover boxes, and all indicators of the prototype fully met the design requirements.
