              Space rapid response launch refers to a space mission style in which the space entry mission can be completed in a timely, safe and reliable manner through long-term storage, rapid testing, rapid assembly, long-range maneuver and rapid launch of the satellite and rocket. Focus the typical application problem, this paper has carried out the research on the basic concept, mission requirements, ability requirements, mission type, style, level, process, equipment of space rapid response launch, to provide guidance for development and construction of space rapid response launch system.
