The direct effect of lightning will lead to the damage of aircraft structure and system through thermal effect, mechanical effect and shock wave. With the wide application of composite materials in civil aircraft, the research on lightning direct effect protection of composite structures is particularly important. In order to reduce the damage caused by the direct effect of lightning to the aircraft, this paper determines the position of each part of the aircraft surface in the lightning environment and the attachment part of the lightning channel through the lightning zoning, and determines the aircraft structure that the lightning current may pass through when conducting between the entry and exit points. At the same time, the method of lightning hazard assessment is used to carry out hazard rating, so as to determine the lightning protection level according to local conditions. Finally, feasible and reasonable lightning protection measures of composite structures and general electric lap design are given. Through the general design method provided in this paper, different lightning zoning It provides a reference for the detailed design of lightning protection of composite structures with different hazard levels.
