The higher appearance surface quality is required for aluminium-alloy shell of 3C products. Surface roughness is the main quantification index. Machining the appearance surface of aluminium alloy shell with PCD milling cutter, and improving cutter edge quality, optimizing geometric parameters of cutter and cutting parameters, especially strictly controlling the quality of cutter edge, a qualified appearance surface can be achieved for the aluminium-alloy shell of 3C products.
