Tolerance analysis is also called deviation analysis, dimensional chain analysis, etc. It can be used to predict whether the aircraft structure can meet the actual assembly requirements of production. This paper conducts simulation modeling of the assembly process and tolerance accumulation of parts and components in aircraft assembly, and evaluates dimensional quality levels for product control targets, and studies the assembly gap and flush of the aircraft structure to determine the root cause of product deviation. This paper also analyzes the rationality of the relevant assembly processes and finally proposes optimization measures.
